VoIPYourLife provides 911 and E911 service nationwide in the US except in Alaska and Hawaii, and nation wide in Canada. Depending on your location, VoIPYourLife provides two types of 911 services. Basic 911 Service and Enhanced 911 (E911) Service.

Alternate Caller ID Number - Set your Caller Identification number to display any of the phone numbers on your account. (Note: This feature is not available for Toll-Free numbers.)

Anonymous Call Rejection - Reject calls from anyone that has blocked their name or number. The caller will automatically be sent to a recording informing them you do not wish to receive blocked calls.

Black List - Block calls from phone numbers you specify. Blacklisted callers will receive an automated message informing them their number has been blocked. Your phone will not ring when they call.

Call Filter / White List - Automatically redirect specified callers to a different phone number. For example, while on vacation, you can specify which incoming calls you want transferred to your cell phone.

Call Forward - Forward incoming calls to any telephone number within the United States or Canada. Forwarded calls are free with Premier Unlimited and Premier Global Unlimited plans. Forwarded calls with Premier basic are charged 2.4 cents per minute when forwarded to wireline or wireless numbers.

Call Return - Return a call to the last number that called you by simply dialing *68 or log into the Member Center to view the number on-line.

Call Waiting - Hear a tone indicating you have a second call coming in on your line. Press and release the flash button on your phone or press the hook-switch for 1/2 second then release to place the original caller on hold and answer the second call.

Caller Identification - See the phone number of the person that is calling you. Requires a phone with the ability to receive the caller ID message.

Caller ID Blocking - Block your number from appearing on the Caller ID box of the person you are calling.

Do Not Disturb - Automatically send calls to your Voicemail without your phone ever ringing.

Find Me / Follow Me - Forward incoming calls to up to 3 telephone numbers within the United States or Canada. Find Me / Follow Me will try to dial each of the numbers in your specified order.

International Call Blocking - Block all outgoing calls to international destinations.

International Virtual Number - An International virtual number is an International number you can give to others that rings through to your primary number. If you want people in Mexico City to be able to contact you by making a local call, just add an International virtual number.

Number Porting - Keep your existing phone number.  In most cases, we can port your existing US phone number.  Number Portability is not available in Canada and may not be available when porting cell phone numbers or numbers assigned by another VoIP company. Number porting takes 2 to 3 weeks on average.

Music On Hold - Play music when you answer another incoming call or if you put a caller on hold (flash-hook) to make another call.

Repeat Dial - Provided you have a phone that supports this feature, you can redial the last number you called by pressing the redial key.

Short Digit Dialing - Elimintates the need to dial the area code when calling in your home area code. Dial the 7 digit number and the area code will be automatically assigned based on the caller ID your account is set up to use.

Speed Dial - Automatically pre-program up to 10 frequently called numbers into the system for easy dialing.

Three Way Calling - Conference with two parties simultaneously.

Toll Free Service - Give your friends and family an easy and inexpensive way to reach you with your own toll free number.

Virtual Phone Number - A virtual number is an additional number you can give to others that rings through to your account. If you live in Atlanta and have family in Chicago, just add a Chicago number to your account and your family can call you on your Chicago number for the price of a local phone call. In addition to your main number, you can have two virtual numbers anywhere in the US or Canada free of charge.

Voicemail Notification Via Email - Receive notification of a Voicemail via your personal email. You may choose to attach a .wav file which will allow you to listen to the message from your email. You can also check Voicemail by logging into your account and listening through the Member Center or you can dial directly into the Voicemail system to retrieve your messages.

Wake Up Call - Have your VoIP Phone ring at a preset time.

VoIP2Go - VoIP2Go is a service that makes VoIP available to all callers, even those without broadband. VoIP2Go allows you to make VoIP calls around the world from virtually any phone.  The VoIP2Go service will work with all popular cell phone services in addition to all wireline telephone services, and requires no additional equipment. With VoIP2Go, VYLmedia has eliminated the need for VoIP hardware. VoIP2Go customers can make unlimited calls to any location within their calling plan.
